RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value your satisfaction and offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.

Within 14 days from the date and time of delivery, customers can initiate a return or exchange request directly through our online Return & Exchange portal by entering the Order Number and Registered Mobile Number.

After 14 days, return or exchange requests cannot be accepted.

Important: To verify product damage, defect, or delivery of a wrong item, please record a video of the package opening.


EXCHANGES

If your product doesn’t fit correctly, the color isn’t right, or there’s any issue, we’re happy to help with a hassle-free exchange.

  • Initiate an exchange through our portal/website within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product(s) must be in resalable condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with intact tags and original packaging.

  • Exchange orders below ₹ 500 cannot be shipped in COD mode.

  • Dupattas are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


RETURNS

To raise a return request:

  • Follow the same process through our online return portal.

  • Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, Store Credits worth the value of the returned product will be issued.

  • Credits are added to your account on our website and remain valid for 12 months.

  • Each order can have only one return or exchange request.

  •  Additional accessories like Dupattas are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

All refunds are provided only in the form of Store Credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

 

MANUAL ASSISTED PROCESS (IF REQUIRED)

If you prefer to raise your return or exchange request via email, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Email us at care@surtisilk.com

Step 2:
Attach your Order Number, Registered Mobile Number, or Packaging Slip Image, and include a photo/video clearly showing the product issue.

Step 3:
Our support team will verify your request and respond within 24 business hours.

Step 4:
Ensure the product is unused, with labels intact, and packed in its original packaging.

Step 5:
Once we receive and verify the product, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.
