I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Surti Silk and would give them zero stars if possible. The product I received was completely different in quality, fitting, and embroidery compared to what was shown on their website. After raising my concern, the response was painfully slow, taking days for even basic replies. Despite confirming the exchange with all details, they kept delaying and finally refused to arrange a pickup, instead asking me to courier the product myself and only offering to cover courier charges partially. As a brand, if they are unable to arrange a simple return pickup, how can customers trust them to honor their commitments? The whole process was stressful, unprofessional, and unfair. I do not feel confident in sending the product back at my own cost without any guarantee of getting my replacement or refund. This brand clearly lacks accountability, customer support, and transparency. I would strongly advise others not to purchase from Surti Silk, as the promises on their website do not match reality, and their after-sales service is unreliable and frustrating.
