Ombre Pink Rayon Cotton Chikankari Kurta With Palazzo

This is probably my first review in years, but I had to write this.

Back in 2024, I randomly came across Surtisilk’s page and instantly loved their collection. I decided to take a chance and ordered a red suit—but honestly, I was very skeptical. With so many fake Instagram stores out there, I wasn’t sure if it was authentic. At that time, they didn’t even have proper contact numbers listed.

What stood out was that a team member actually called me after I placed the order to confirm it. She was so polite and reassuring—it really made a difference. That was the beginning.

After my first order, I kept going back. By my third purchase, I didn’t even order through the website—I just texted them on WhatsApp, paid, and received my outfits without any issues.

Over time, I’ve seen them grow so much. The team is now bigger and far more professional. I’m currently on my 8th purchase and definitely not stopping anytime soon.

There was one instance recently with their short kurti collection where delivery got delayed. I was worried I might not receive it, but they stayed responsive and ensured it reached me. That moment really built a level of trust I rarely have with online brands.

I’ve even recommended them to my friends and family, and together we’ve purchased around 6–7 suits across India. Everyone loved them.

The only reason this review is so long is because it truly comes from experience over time.

I like this kurta set. Color is vibrant and so traditional. Looks good on me 😊.

The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, perfect for any season, especially summers.
